Shipping Policy (Printful / Print-on-Demand)

Shipping Policy

At Always Dirty, each item is made to order using print-on-demand production through Printful. This allows us to offer unique designs while reducing waste, but it also means orders require production time before they ship.

Order Processing and Production Time

Most orders are produced and fulfilled within 2–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
Production time may take longer during peak seasons, major sales, or holidays.

Once your order is produced, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier and tracking will be provided by email.

Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical shipping estimates after production are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and selected shipping method.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. If the order cannot be recovered, a refund may not be available due to the made-to-order nature of the product.

We can try to update the address only if production has not started.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked Delivered by the carrier but missing due to theft or misdelivery.

  • If tracking shows the package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim and determine the next best step.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These fees are determined by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and issue

We’ll review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
