Return Policy

At Always Dirty, we want you to be happy with your order. Because many of our products are made to order, we handle returns a little differently than big box retailers.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item arrived defective

  • Wrong item received

  • Wrong size sent (if it does not match your order confirmation)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer ordered the wrong size

  • Buyer changed their mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor print variations (slight color differences due to screen/display settings)

  • Items returned without prior approval

Return Window

To request a return or replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please email us at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (required for damaged/defective/wrong item claims)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review your claim and, if approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item at no extra cost, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

We may ask for additional photos to process the claim.

Size Issues

Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Because our apparel is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection by the customer.

If we shipped a size different from what you ordered, we will make it right.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was ours)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.

Because many items are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellation after that window.
